Job summary

European Wax Center (EWC Growth) in the United States is seeking Licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists to advance through our Wax Specialist development program and eventually become Peer Trainers. They will perform waxing services while developing new hires on the floor.

The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional guest experience, educating guests on waxing routines and products, and coaching peers to uphold EWC standards at Hanover, Plymouth, and Weymouth centers.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver waxing services per EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Serve as on-floor role model and coach to new Wax Specialists.
• Lead peer-based development and provide real-time coaching.
• Meet or exceed metrics for services per ticket and retail sales.
