Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a sales support, customer service or related role.
• Experience in Waterworks or construction is a plus.
• Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Monitor bids, research projects, and assist with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives to support sales in the utility market.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation detailing product information and solution details.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards and timely fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
