Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in New Castle, PA, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join the team. You will prepare pricing proposals and quotations for projects, and support new sales by researching bids and assisting with prospecting efforts.

You will provide product and technical information to outside sales, maintaining customer documentation and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Pipes, Valves and Fitting knowledge preferred
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred
• Developing knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience in project management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
