Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to prepare pricing proposals, support bids, and provide product and technical information to outside sales. The role involves training in the warehouse, yard, and at the sales counter, with a starting hourly pay and experience-based adjustments.

The position supports the full order-to-invoice cycle, ensures timely order fulfillment, and adheres to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements while maintaining

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Experience in Waterworks or construction is a plus.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to switch between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed.
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales reps to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solutions.
• Oversee the full Order-to-Invoice cycle and ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
