Job summary

HDR is a global engineering and environmental services firm seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) to advance water resource planning projects and ensure federal standards compliance. The role partners with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to drive staff development and project delivery excellence across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful project outcomes.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching as a QC lead/technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards and guidelines for technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to improve service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; lead recruiting for key positions as needed.
• Coordinate with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop, and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
