Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Business Class Lead to help shape water resource planning and deliver projects with a quality culture. You’ll mentor staff, collaborate with market sector directors, and drive growth across HDR’s Federal and market-facing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture though project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting Business Class sponsored standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with others within HDR including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
