Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a driven Account Executive to grow the Waterproofing & Restoration division. This hunter role focuses on building long-term relationships with commercial building owners and the engineers who advise them.

Key duties include developing a territory sales strategy, maintaining a robust pipeline in CRM, engaging engineers to position Valcourt’s systems in project specs, and delivering compelling proposals in collaboration with estimating and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in waterproofing, building restoration or related construction field.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
• Experience with specification sales or influencing project specs through engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy targeting commercial building owners and consulting engineers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship cultivation.
• Engage engineers and specifiers to position Valcourt’s systems within project specifications (spec sales).
• Conduct site visits, assessments, and presentations to educate prospective clients on waterproofing and restoration capabilities.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to develop competitive proposals and ensure seamless project handoff.
• Represent Valcourt at industry events and networking functions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs.
