You will manage safety, schedule, budgets, procurement, documentation, and client communication across estimators, superintendents, and field teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of commercial construction or specialty contracting experience preferred.
• Project management experience in occupied buildings preferred.
• Knowledge of project management, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and closeout.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and manage waterproofing, façade restoration, and building-envelope projects from start to finish.
• Lead safety, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation activities.
• Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality, and client satisfaction; manage change orders and cost reporting.
• Close out projects with warranties, final bills, and documentation.
