Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a dedicated waterproofing installer to support the installation of waterproofing treatments and assist in application work. The role involves performing waterproofing and concrete tasks, leak investigations, water testing, and minor exterior repairs on buildings and parking structures.

Training will be provided for height-access equipment and safety procedures. The candidate should have 0–3 years of waterproofing experience, a strong work ethic, good communication

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in waterproofing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Waterproofing & Concrete work
• Perform leak investigations, water testing & repairs for water infiltration
• Install waterproofing treatment using equipment per procedures
• Assist in waterproofing application and work with waterproofing chemicals and coating products
• Perform minor exterior repairs for concrete, masonry, sealant, and waterproofing issues on buildings and parking structures
• Access to work areas may require boom lifts, scissor lifts, swing stage, scaffolds, ladders, or bosun chair; training provided
• Perform integrity testing and troubleshooting to identify breeches or defects in membranes/coatings
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order; arrange replacements as needed
• Adhere to health and safety practices and applicable laws, codes, and company policies
