Job summary

Valcourt Group, a national leader in building envelope and restoration, is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial waterproofing projects across multiple regions. This hands-on leadership role requires strong team management, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to safety.

You will read and interpret construction documents, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and mentor field crews.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial waterproofing and building envelope systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Leadership experience as Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site crews performing commercial waterproofing installations and repairs.
• Ensure work complies with manufacturer specs, project requirements, and industry standards.
• Interpret drawings and waterproofing details.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Train, mentor, and support field technicians and foremen.
