Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational floor management/director role preferred.
• Lifeguard experience required; knowledge of leisure activities and large waterparks in profit settings.
• Experience with guest services, conflict resolution, and labor budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily waterpark operations ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and mentor associates to build a high-performing team culture.
• Develop and implement procedures, policies, and safety protocols for regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets and resources including staffing and maintenance to optimize park performance.
• Analyze guest feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
