Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego invites applications for a Restaurant Manager of Sally's Waterfront Dining. You will lead daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service in a busy waterfront hotel.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage staff, events, and promotions while driving revenue and service excellence in a AAA 4-Diamond setting.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Management Position with ability to work weekends/holidays
• A desire to anticipate guest needs in a high-volume environment
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
• Detail oriented and organized with leadership skills
• Experience in restaurant service and hotel operations

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages the restaurant while collaborating with hotel departments
• Supports F&B MOD for outlet operations and cross-training
• Ensure alignment with supervisors and two reporting assistants
• Plan short- and long-term goals to meet financial and service objectives
• Oversee hiring, training, and staff development
• Accountability for service standards and guest satisfaction
• Lead and coach team toward exceptional guest experiences
• Develop revenue-enhancing and cost-control strategies
• Create a high-energy, professional work environment
• Coordinate promotions, events, and marketing opportunities
