Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Sally’s Waterfront Dining. You will lead daily restaurant operations, coordinate with hotel departments, and drive exceptional guest service while managing staff performance and development.

Qualifications

• Full-Time Management Position required with flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Strong desire to understand and anticipate needs in a high-volume environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel POS/reservation systems
• Detail oriented, organized, and motivated to provide exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages the restaurant while coordinating with hotel departments
• Supports the F&B MOD for outlet operations across the hotel
• Hire, train, and develop team; ensure service standards
• Plan and implement promotions, events and marketing opportunities
• Drive revenue, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction
