Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager or equivalent in restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Meet financial objectives by developing forecasts, budgets and financial controls.
• Attract patrons by marketing, advertising and community relations programs; evaluate results.
• Control purchases and inventory; negotiate prices and contracts; manage supplier relations.
• Maintain SOPs and service standards; implement system improvements.
• Ensure patron satisfaction through quality of food, beverage and service; build relationships with guests.
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff; set expectations and monitor performance.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety compliance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in professional networks.
• Achieve company goals by taking initiative and adding value to operations.
