Elliott’s Oyster House in Seattle seeks seasoned servers for fast-paced, high-volume dining on the waterfront. You’ll guide guests from seating to farewell, manage pacing with the expo team, and explain oyster varieties along with wine and spirit pairings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fine dining, excellent service skills, and strong knowledge of WA wines, beers, and seafood. Lifting up to 40 lbs and weekend availability are required.
