Elliott’s Oyster House is hiring an Oyster Shucker in Seattle to join our busy full-service restaurant team. The role requires flexible weekend and evening availability and the ability to work on your feet while providing top-notch service.

Starting pay is base hourly $22–$25 with a 1.5% commission on gross sales; a full base range of $22–$28/hour plus commissions is offered with opportunities for growth and benefits including PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Flexible availability—weekends, nights, overtime as needed.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and stay calm under pressure.
• Willing to take ownership of work and be accountable.
