Qualifications

• At least 6 months of server assistant experience in a restaurant with comparable service standards and volume.
• Hospitable, engaging, guest-driven demeanor and comfort being on stage in guest areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clear, reset, and detail tables to fine dining standards, ensuring guests are seated smoothly and without delay.
• Stock and maintain bus stations to support team efficiency and steady service flow.
• Carry cocktail trays and large oval trays safely and consistently to uphold service standards.
• Engage with guests on the floor by remaining present, attentive, and approachable.
• Follow service sequences and safety standards including food handling and workplace safety.
