Job summary

Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced on-site Superintendent to coordinate daily project operations and uphold safety, quality, and schedule plans.

You will work with the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager and lead subcontractors and field staff on projects typically valued up to $50 million. Responsibilities include developing the site plan, maintaining CPM look-ahead schedules, and ensuring proactive communication with owners and engineers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction field experience with supervisory roles.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site coordination and direction of projects.
• Develop and manage the jobsite plan and three-week look-ahead CPM schedule.
• Coordinate and supervise all company workforces and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost records for projects.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with regulations on the project.
• Communicate with Owner/Engineer/Contractor teams on schedule changes and conflicts.
