Job summary

Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee safe, on-time completion of heavy civil and industrial projects within budget and to client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients, manage changes, and uphold quality standards while using Procore, Kahua, Smart PM, P6, and Spectrum for scheduling and cost control. A strong safety culture is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience (heavy civil or industrial preferred).
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and cost control processes.
• Experience with water/wastewater or transportation infrastructure is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation.
• Develop cost reports, look-ahead schedules, and PCM updates.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Maintain strong client/owner relations and progress communications.
