Qualifications

• Verifiable work experience as a superintendent.
• Water/wastewater construction experience required.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and track project costs and variances.
• Ability to supervise personnel including subs and craft workers.
• Must pass drug screen, physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise all on-site work and subcontractors.
• Ensure project remains on schedule and within budget; track variances.
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and trades.
• Maintain safety culture and enforce safety policies on site.
• Liaise with owner, design team, and trades to ensure compliance with plans.
