Crossland Heavy Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through closeout on industrial and heavy civil sites.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and performance to meet contractual requirements and client expectations. The role requires collaboration with field teams, subs, and engineers, ensuring adherence to safety programs and company standards while maintaining timely communication and documentation across all project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in heavy civil or industrial construction (Preferred).
• Experience with water/wastewater or transportation infrastructure projects (Preferred).
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training (Preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination with subs.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced on all sites.
• Manage budget, schedule, and quality control for projects.
• Prepare and review project documentation and reports.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
