Job summary

Hamlett Environmental Technologies - A Ferguson Company is seeking a Water & Wastewater Engineered Sales Representative in the Waterworks Process Solutions Division. The role involves supporting municipal and industrial water markets in Michigan, with up to 50% travel and initial training in Howell, MI.

You will collaborate with engineers, municipalities, contractors, and manufacturer reps to drive projects from design to completion, progressively taking on more responsibility as you gain

Qualifications

• 2+ years in water/wastewater treatment or related sales roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; related degrees considered.
• Licenses like EIT/PE are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support projects from design through post-installation with technical input.
• Contribute to sales strategies, presentations, and complex bids.
• Assist engineers with specifications and early design development.
• Analyze territory activity and provide market insights.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
