Job summary

Hamlett Environmental Technologies, a Ferguson Company, seeks a Water & Wastewater Aftermarket & Plant Solutions Specialist (MRO Sales) in the Waterworks Process Solutions Division to support Michigan customers with equipment and service solutions.

You will develop relationships with engineers, contractors, and end-users, analyze competition, and drive growth while traveling up to 50% within the territory; initial training occurs at Howell, MI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in water and wastewater industry
• 5+ years of technical sales experience
• Project management experience a plus
• Licenses preferred (wastewater/drinking water)
• BS/AS degree or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with principal manufacturers, engineers, contractors, and end-users in Michigan territory
• Analyze competition and devise sales strategy for annual planning
• Drive territory growth and optimize buy-resale opportunities with principals
• Travel up to 50% within territory and to manufacturer visits/industry events
