Job summary

Hamlett Environmental Technologies – A Ferguson Company in Michigan seeks a Water & Wastewater Engineered Sales Representative to support municipal and industrial water markets. You will work with engineers, municipalities, contractors, and manufacturers to move projects from design through completion.

The role requires up to 50% travel within territory; initial ramp-up may require in-office presence in Howell, MI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment or related sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; construction management or related degrees considered.
• EIT or PE license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to support projects from early engagement through delivery.
• Collaborate with Process Solutions team members on sales strategies, technical presentations, and complex pursuits.
• Assist engineers with specifications, design development, and early-stage project positioning.
