Zusammenfassung

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead for Linear Infrastructure to lead planning, design and delivery of water conveyance and infrastructure projects in the Mid-Atlantic. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive business development with clients and partners.

The role offers hybrid work with in-office collaboration about three days per week, opportunities for leadership, and engagement with a diverse team across North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment focusing on conveyance and water infrastructure design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months; PMP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, design and delivery of storm and sanitary sewer conveyance and watermain projects.
• Mentor and develop project teams; manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop proposals and pursue new business opportunities; engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multi-discipline design tasks and ensure quality control across projects.
