Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Water/Wastewater Sr. Project Manager to lead planning and design of water/wastewater infrastructure. You will oversee cross-disciplinary teams and drive projects from scope through delivery, working with clients to meet budget and schedule.

This role requires 15+ years of PM experience, PE license, and strong leadership with business development responsibilities; travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years related experience in project management, preferably for water/wastewater projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor design professionals and technicians and develop high-performing project teams.
• Drive business development and develop client relationships; lead proposal development.
• Manage project scope, budget, staffing and schedule across multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform complex engineering design tasks and produce design documents and reports.
