Job summary

Clark Bros, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for the Public Works sector to oversee all phases of a project from award through close-out. You will drive scope, schedule, cost, and safety, coordinating with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams to ensure profitable execution on site.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in construction (Water/Wastewater preferred), strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction Project Management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Water/Wastewater in construction.
• Experience with production tracking and field operations.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and QA/QC practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, monitor, and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety from preconstruction to closeout.
• Coordinate work with estimating, pre-construction, and operations teams.
• Prepare and manage schedules, proposals, and cost forecasts.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Lead client meetings to communicate progress and requirements for smooth site operations.
• Organize internal meetings to track performance, costs, and project status.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related logs.
• Coordinate delivery of major materials and equipment.
• Supervise crews ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain project records and update schedules regularly.
• Support safety programs and project closeout activities.
