Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee administrative and technical management of water and wastewater treatment projects. This role serves as the project point person, steering progress and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have 5–9+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on water/wastewater facilities, and be skilled in leading teams, negotiating with owners and subs, and maintaining project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years construction experience; water/wastewater experience preferred.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
• Secure permits and verify subs' insurance coverage.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings for coordination.
• Supervise and manage project team members.
• Train and develop direct reports through on-the-job and external training.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports.
• Provide general administrative and technical leadership; maintain project records.
