Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to join a leadership team directing day-to-day management of large-scale construction projects. You will create detailed project plans, outline tasks, timelines, and resources, and support the Senior Project Manager with stakeholder communications, risk management, and progress tracking.

This role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and delivery excellence across on-site and office settings.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
4+ years of construction experience; GC background preferred.
2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
Understanding of project financials, schedule, and risk.

Responsibilities

Lead activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
Coordinate subcontractors, permits, insurance verification, and risk management.
Facilitate project meetings and coordinate work activity across teams.
Prepare monthly status reports and manage project close-out documents.
Develop relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
Drive safety culture on the project site and support business development efforts.
