Qualifications

• Requires Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree and 3–5 years in related field.
• Must be proficient with CPM scheduling and project reporting.
• Experience inspecting construction sites and ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specs; monitor progress and conformance.
• Maintain and update project schedules with two-week look-ahead planning.
• Prepare cost, income, and cash flow projections; manage budgets.
• Review, approve, and submit progress billings and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and vendor invoices; ensure compliance.
