Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in civil/industrial construction.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress and ensure conformance to plans and safety standards.
• Maintain and update project schedules and cost reports.
• Prepare reports, cost projections, and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and change orders.
• Ensure timely progress billings and vendor payments.
• Communicate effectively with project team and owners.
