Job summary

Kokosing is seeking an experienced project professional to plan, direct, and coordinate civil/industrial projects including wastewater facilities and large-scale utilities. You will ensure goals are met on time and within funding parameters, working with a project team and supervisors.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong CPM scheduling and cost-data skills, plus advanced proficiency in project management

Qualifications

• Requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management B.S. degree.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling and project cost data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret plans and specifications.
• Maintain and update project schedules with team input.
• Monitor costs, productivity data, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare and submit cost reports, invoices, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractor requisitions and vendor invoices.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with underground utilities notifications and locations.
