Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate civil industrial projects such as wastewater facilities and large utility works. You will ensure goals are met within timeframes and funding, supervising teams and controlling costs.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management BS and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with CPM scheduling expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of related field experience.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling.
• Strong understanding of cost and productivity data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Follow Project Administration Manual procedures.
• Inspect construction site for progress and conformance.
• Produce accurate schedules using CPM tools.
• Supervise submittal process and drawings requirements.
• Prepare reports, plans, and environmental studies as needed.
• Provide contract interpretation and clarification.
• Maintain and update project schedules and budgets.
• Review progress billings and monitor job costs.
