Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Civil/Construction Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate major industrial projects such as wastewater facilities and large utility works. You will ensure goals are met on time and within budget, leading field and office teams with focus on safety and quality.

The role requires BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3–5 years of related experience, strong CPM scheduling (Primavera), cost tracking, and effective communication with owners, subs, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a four-year college/university.
• 3–5 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Maintain, verify, and report cost and income quantities for work performed.
• Prepare, modify, and submit reports, specifications, and designs as needed.
• Manage project schedules and update monthly schedules; assist with two-week look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate, price, and assist PM with change orders and claims.
• Ensure safety and quality while working with subs and suppliers.
