Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling; produce accurate schedules.
• Prepare and modify reports, specifications, and cost/progress documents.
• Maintain project schedules and track cost, income, and cash flow.
• Coordinate, price and assist in change orders and claims.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across the project team.
