Job summary

Kokosing seeks a Project Manager with civil/industrial construction experience to plan, direct, and coordinate large facilities projects such as wastewater or water treatment and utility work. You will monitor schedules, costs, safety, and quality, supervise subcontractors, prepare reports, and liaise with owners and stakeholders to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3–5 years in related fields, proficient CPM

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 3–5 years of related field experience.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications and monitor progress against schedules.
• Supervise submittal process and drawings requirements.
• Prepare cost, income, and cash flow projections monthly.
• Coordinate change orders and subcontractor payments.
• Maintain project documentation and safety compliance.
