Job summary

Kokosing seeks a Civil/Construction Management professional to plan, direct, and coordinate large wastewater and water projects in Ohio. Responsibilities include analyzing plans, updating CPM schedules, managing costs and subcontractors, and ensuring safety on site.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3–5 years of related experience. The candidate will work with a project team under the Project Superintendent to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (B.S.).
• 3–5 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Maintain and update project schedules with regular look­aheads and monthly updates.
• Coordinate subcontractor requisitions, vendor invoices, and change orders.
• Monitor costs, production budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure safety policies are consistently applied on site.
