Job summary

Qualifications

ABET-accredited B.S. in agricultural or civil engineering required.
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Minimum 15 years of experience managing substantial W/WW projects; at least 10 years leading projects.
Experience with water/wastewater treatment; membranes and brackish water desirable.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide overall guidance on design and technical aspects of projects, with emphasis on water/wastewater processes.
Prepare proposals and client agreements.
Monitor tasks, budgets, and schedules with Senior PMs and PMs.
Oversee technical and professional development of project teams.
Participate in developing company design and production standards.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations.
