Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Practice Leader to oversee all aspects of water and wastewater projects. You will provide technical guidance across traditional and advanced treatment processes, including membranes and brackish water where applicable.

Responsibilities include client engagement, proposal development, and ensuring project cost, schedule and quality targets are met. A PE in Texas and 15+ years of W/WW leadership are required.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil or agricultural engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in Texas.
• Minimum 15 years managing substantial W/WW projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on design and technical aspects of water/wastewater projects.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Oversee technical and professional development of project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and public officials.
