Pape-Dawson Engineers in Texas seeks a Practice Leader to oversee all Water/Wastewater projects, provide technical leadership, and drive strategic growth.

Lead design teams on traditional and advanced treatment processes, guide proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and develop professional staff.

A Texas PE with at least 15 years of project leadership is required; Houston-area experience is a strong plus, and the role follows a standard 8 am–5 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in civil or agricultural engineering is required.
• TX PE license required or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing substantial water/wastewater projects; at least 10 years in leadership roles.
• Houston area experience and contacts are a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall guidance on design and technical aspects of Water/Wastewater projects, emphasizing traditional and advanced treatment processes.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules with Senior/Project Managers and teams.
• Oversee technical and professional development of project staff.
• Develop and maintain company design and production standards.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, agencies, and community leaders.
• Participate in professional associations and civic organizations.
