Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in agricultural or civil engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall guidance on design and technical aspects of water and wastewater projects.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee technical and professional development of project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders.
