Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance at water/wastewater plants. You will lead operators, manage onboarding, performance, and training while ensuring SOP, OSHA, and DOT compliance.

Weekly communications with account managers and site coordination are essential. Responsibilities include budget creation, monthly reporting, and driving continuous improvements across operations, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with 5–7 years water/wastewater experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
• Water/Wastewater Operator’s License (state/site-specific).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of plants.
• Lead operators; manage hiring, onboarding, performance and training.
• Ensure SOPs, OSHA and DOT requirements are met.
• Communicate weekly with account managers regarding operations.
• Conduct site visits; coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance; plan capital budgeting.
• Create and manage operational budget and monthly reports.
• Assess performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
