Job summary

Missouri American Water in Fenton, MO seeks a Superintendent, Field Operations to oversee daily water and/or wastewater operations, ensuring compliance with Company policies and regulations. You will supervise regional construction and maintenance, manage budgets, and drive safety, quality, and performance improvements.

The role requires 2–5 years in operations, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years experience in operations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certifications/Training in Safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day water and/or wastewater operations per Company policies and laws.
• Coordinate regional construction, operations and maintenance within budget.
• Train and develop personnel in operational integrity (quality, environment, health, safety, etc.).
• Obtain permits, licenses, rights of way and ensure compliance.
