Job summary

KCI Construction is seeking a Water/Waste‑Water Superintendent in Missouri. The role focuses on timely project completion, adherence to plans and specifications, and strong leadership of field crews.

You will manage quality control, safety programs, and coordination with Project Manager and subcontractors. The position requires at least five years in heavy civil supervision, ability to read construction drawings, and OSHA 30 Hour certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong organisational, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, OSHA 30 Hour certification required.
• Experience managing self-performed work a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of project milestones; coordinate with Project Manager.
• Drive short-term schedule and align with overall project timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for material deliveries.
• Identify trucking needs and coordinate trucking when required.
• Manage safety programs and enforce high safety standards.
• Lead and foster teamwork among field crews.
