• Bachelor’s Degree in operational discipline, management, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan regional construction, operations, and maintenance within budget limitations.
• Lead the implementation of standards, targets, policies, and plans to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure that operational integrity (quality, environment, safety, etc.) is maintained.
• Develop economical and efficient programs to meet customer and technical requirements.
• Interface with regulatory entities and represent company positions at proceedings and hearings.
• Create reports and provide analysis for budgets and business plans.
• Coach and develop employees within functional areas.
• Support pricing and integration of water/wastewater opportunities in markets.
• Ensure resources are developed and deployed effectively.
• Collaborate with other leads to mitigate business risks.
