The role emphasizes delivering complex water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, storage, and pipelines while building strong municipal relationships. Ideal candidates have 15+ years of project leadership experience, Florida PE licensure, and a robust network of municipal clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of water/wastewater project delivery experience.
• Florida PE license required.
• Strong municipal client network and regional procurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Halff's Water/Wastewater practice in Central Florida.
• Mentor multiple engineering teams and drive business development.
• Oversee delivery of water and wastewater projects on time and within budget.
• Review designs, reports, and construction documents for quality and compliance.
• Develop project scopes, staffing plans, and resource projections.
• Build long-term municipal relationships and pursue new opportunities.
