Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing water/wastewater and utility projects.
• Florida PE license required.
• Proven ability to build municipal client networks in Central Florida.
• Experience with treatment facilities, pump stations, storage, and pipelines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Water/Wastewater engineering teams.
• Lead business development and pursue municipal projects.
• Define project scopes, staffing plans, and budgets.
• Oversee design, QA/QC, and timely delivery of complex projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate across offices to advance regional growth.
