Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Utilities Project Manager to lead municipal water/wastewater projects from our Tallahassee, FL or Panama City Beach, FL offices. The role requires a Florida PE license and 4–6 years of municipal design experience, including 1 year in project management.

You will guide design/plan production, mentor staff, and manage clients while supporting growth in Halff's Public Works division and potential ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or ABET-equivalent.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction of municipal utility projects (water, wastewater, storm sewer).
• Manage design/plan production and client relationships.
• Supervise technical staff and provide mentorship.
• Support marketing and proposals to win new projects.
