Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a Technical Leader with civil engineering expertise in Water/Wastewater to lead projects in Texas or Florida. Ideal candidate will manage utility projects, coordinate teams, and drive client relationships for public sector work.

The role includes business development, budgeting, and mentoring staff, with potential ownership in the firm as Halff grows. A PE license and Florida eligibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in Water/Wastewater Utility projects including facility design and planning; hydraulic modeling.
• Licensed PE, preferably in Florida, or able to obtain immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage Water/Wastewater Utility projects or coordinate tasks of moderate size and complexity.
• Perform business development, manage budgets, schedules, subconsultants, and client interaction.
• Support operations managers and practice leaders in pursuing Water/Wastewater opportunities.
