Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. in Florida seeks an experienced Water and Wastewater Utilities Project Manager to lead projects in our Central Florida offices in Tavares, Orlando or Tampa.

You will direct project planning and design for water, wastewater and reclaimed water systems, mentor staff, and serve as the client contact while supporting marketing, reporting and invoicing.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a PE license, and a degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in water/wastewater utility projects including pipelines and treatment plants.
• Licensed PE, preferably Florida, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct project planning, specifications, and contract documents for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water projects (treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines).
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Oversee design and staff, mentor less experienced positions; participate in marketing, project reporting, forecasting and invoicing.
